CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE


CHOCOLATE  SOUFFLE:
INGREDIENTS:             (serves 4)

500  ml milk
2  tsp  custard powder
4  tsp  cocoa powder
2  tsp  gelatin
20  Sugar Free Pellets or equivalent spoons
                            Sugar Free Powder

METHOD:
  • Boil milk.  Add custard powder and cocoa powder and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add sugar free pellets/powder. Add gelatin in 1 cup plain water in a small bowl and place the bowl in a larger  pan of boiling water and heat till gelatin dissolves.
  • Add gelatin to milk mixture and stir well. Allow mixture to cool in a bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs till it sets.
  • Decorate with coarsely ground walnuts.
