LASSI


LASSI:
INGREDIENTS:

200  ml yoghurt (curd) from skimmed milk
Crushed- ice
Masala -each a pinch of cumin powder, black salt and pepper
2-3  Sugar Free Pellets or equivalent spoons
                          Sugar Free Powder

METHOD:
  • Mix yoghurt and crushed-ice with a hand blender.  Add cruched cumin powder, black salt, pepper, sugar free pellets/powder and mix well.
  • Decorate with mint leaves and serve.
