MIXED FRUIT SRIKHAND


MIXED  FRUIT  SRIKHAND:
INGREDIENTS:               ( serves 4)

500  ml  milk
150  gm  chopped fruits like grapes, pineapple, orange
                                chickoo, mango, etc
15-20 Sugar Free Pellets or equivalent
                    spoons Sugar Free Powder

METHOD:
  • Make curd from milk. Set curd in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Pour curd in thin muslin-cloth, and hang it for 1 hour to drain out the water.
  • Add crushed sugar free pellets / powder and pass it through a sieve 2-3 times. With a hand blender, beat the mixture to a smooth and fluffy consistency.
  • Chop fruits into small pieces . Add 2-3 sugar free pellets/powder to the chopped fruits.
  • Add sweetened mixed fruits to the curd. Mix well, chill and serve.
