PINEAPPLE /MANGO WITH LOW CALORIE CREAM:
INGREDIENTS:
250 gm pineapple/mango (chopped)
700 ml skimmed milk
200 ml fresh curd for making paneer
100 ml cold milk
Few drops of vanilla essence
10 Pellets Sugar Free or equivalent spoons
Sugar Free Powder

250 gm pineapple/mango (chopped)

METHOD:
- Steam pineapple in the pressure cooker (0ne whistle). Chop into small pieces and add 5-6 crushed sugar free pellets/powder.
- [For mango, add sugar free pellets/powder, to mango pulp]. Mix well and set aside. Boil milk.
- Remove from heat and add the curd and stir till the milk curdles. Pour into thin muslin- cloth and hang it to drain out the water.
- Mash paneer until it turns into a very smooth paste. Add cold milk, essence, sugar free pellets/powder, blend in a mixer and chill.
- Add chopped pineapple/mango pieces and serve with pineapple/mango sauce ( see recipe).
