FIRNI


FIRNI:
INGREDIENTS:               (serves 2-3)

500  ml skimmed milk
50  gm rice
20  gm almonds
16-18  Sugar Free Pellets or equivalent
                       spoons powder

METHOD:
  • Soak rice for 5-6 hrs. Grind it to a fine consistency, with 250 ml milk.
  • Boil the remaining milk for 5 minutes.  Add rice and milk mixture.
  • Stir constantly over low fire until milk boils and thickens. Set aside.
  • Add crushed sugar free pellets/powder. Spoon into serving bowls, top with almonds and pistachios. Served chilled.
