LOW CALORIE KULFI


LOW  CALORIE  KULFI:
INGREDIENTS:                      (serves 4-5)

1  litre milk
2  tsp  corn flour
1/2  tsp cardamom powder
Pinch of saffron
1  tbsp chopped almonds
1  tsp chopped pistachios
15-20  Sugar Free Pellets or equivalent spoons
                       Sugar Free Powder

METHOD:
  • Boil milk till it thickens to half its quantity. Mix corn-flour in 1/2 cup plain water and add to boiling milk, stirring continuously.
  • Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from fire, add cardamom, saffron, pistachios, almonds and crushed sugar free pellets/powder.
  • Mix throughly. Cool it to room temperature. Pour into individual kulfi moulds and set in freezer for 1-2 hours. Serve chilled.
