SEVAIYA

SEVAIYA:
INGREDIENTS:           ( serves 3-4)

500  ml  milk
100  gm  sevaiya
10  gm  ghee
20  gm each of badam, pista and cashewnuts
40  gm  raisins
12-15  Sugar Free Pellets or equivalent spoons
                           Sugar Free Powder


METHOD:
  • Heat ghee. Roast the sevaiya till golden brown. Keep aside. Boil the milk.
  • Add the roasted sevaiya. Cook  for 5-10 min. Add cardamom and dry fruits and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add custard sugar free pellets / powder. Serve hot or cold.
