PISTA RABRI


PISTA  RABRI:
INGREDIENTS:                 ( serves 4)

1  ltr  skimmed milk
20   gm  thinly chopped pistachio
Cardamom powder
1  tbsp ghee (10 gms)
12-15  Sugar Free Pellets or equivalent spoons
                               Sugar Free Powder


METHOD:
  • Heat ghee. Add milk, boil till it thickens in consistency and reduces to half the quantity.
  • Add cardamom powder and half to the pista, boil for 1 more minute.
  • Remove from heat, add sugar free pellets/ powder. Stir well. Cool and chill in refrigerator. Decorate with balance pista and serve.
