SANDESH:
INGREDIENTS: ( serves 4)1 ltr skimmed milk
1 cup sour curd
Cardamom powder
A pinch of saffron (optional)
9-12 crushed Sugar Free Pellets or equal
spoons powder
METHOD:
- Boil the milk. Remove from heat and add the curd. Stir gently till all the milk curdles.
- Leave covered for some time. Then pour into thin muslin cloth and drain out the water.
- Mash / blend well. Add sugar free pellets/ powder, cardamom and saffron and set.
- Cut into decorative pieces and serve with apple sauce or kheer.
